Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges
IMPORTANT (updated March 31, 2020)
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, packages may become delayed due to slower postal services depending on where you live. If you have made an order, please allow a couple weeks extra in case your package does not arrive when expected.
Shipping and tracking
All orders are sent via PostNord Logistics. To keep shipping prices low, orders under $45 are sent without tracking unless upgraded. Orders over $45 will automatically be upgraded to include tracking.
Orders will be packed and shipped within 3-5 business days from Sweden (where I live).
Estimated shipping times:
Once shipped, these are the usual estimated shipping times:
- Sweden: 1 week
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Outside Europe: 1-3 weeks
Of course, sometimes packages can get delayed (usually due to customs), so please allow an extra few days if your order does not arrive when expected. If it doesn't show, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can sort it out.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
