Where do you ship to?
I ship internationally to most countries! The countries I cannot ship to are due to restrictions from my postal service. Click here to see where I cannot ship to.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping prices will vary depending on what you buy and where you live. Typically heavier items like Ceramics will cost more to send. You can see the final shipping costs during checkout.
Where do you ship from?
Shipping times will vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live. All orders are currently shipped by me from Sweden.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing times
I do my best to send orders in within 5 business days, but please be aware that delays may happen after shop restocks, sales and especially during the holidays.
Delivery times
These are the estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped. Please note that I have no control at all on shipping once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
- Sweden: 1 week
- Print on demand items: 1-2 weeks
- Within EU: 1-2 weeks
- Outside EU: 1-3 weeks
My package is delayed/lost, can you help?
Packages can become delayed due to customs and unforeseen issues with the post. If your order does not arrive even after estimated times plus one extra week for delays, please contact me at info@birdietam.art so we can sort it out.
There was an issue with my parcel, and now it's being returned.
Orders that are returned to us because they were unclaimed, refused or unable to be delivered will be treated as returns. You will receive a refund for the items that were purchased, excluding shipping costs, and notified via email.
